This hummus is a wonderful tasty and colourful enhancement on the already amazing hummus recipe. Add it too your list of favourites!


2 medium cooked beetroots, cut into quarters

1 can chickpeas with water (aqua faba)

2 garlic cloves

1/2 lemon juiced

1/2 cup Tahini

3/4 tsp Salt


1. Put all ingredients into high speed blender and blend together until smooth.

2. Refrigerate for 1 hour and then serve.
