Ingredients:
- 1 Cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup water
Method:

Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on hight for 2 to 5 minutes. Scrap down the sides regularly until the mixture is
smooth and creamy.
- Place in an airtight jar.
Keeps well in fridge for 1 week
